Club Person of the Year Nomination Guidelines and Process:
The Club Person of the Year Award is awarded and presented annually to a Coomera Cubs Baseball Club (CCBC) member in recognition of performing above and beyond the call of duty in a voluntary capacity during the year for the overall benefit of the club and its members
This person has been judged to have made the most significant contribution to the health, welfare and improvement of the club and its members.
- Any current financial member of the CCBC may nominate a candidate for Club Person of the Year.
- Nominees must be a member of the Club per the Constitution.
- The nominee should be a role model and ambassador for CCBC.
- The nominee should volunteer their time freely and go above and beyond any position held at the Club.
- All nominations will be considered by the Club Committee (Selection Committee).
- The Club Person of the Year Award will be determined by a majority ballot of the Selection Committee.

An award may not necessarily be granted each year. This may be because there are no nominations received, or the Selection Committee may deem that the nomination/s do not meet the criteria.

NB: Prior to 2016/17, Awards were handed out for Seniors and Juniors to reflect the Summer season being Juniors and the Senior season being Winter. From that year on the club consolidated the award to be the Club Person of the Year to reflect the growth in the club and the all year commitment of the volunteer base.
